Julie Rathert

I lead recruiting at Bold.org, strategically growing our global team with exceptional talent across product, operations, sales, and marketing. After graduating from the University of Dayton, I got my real estate license, taught English in Thailand, worked in sales in San Francisco, and got a master's degree in higher education administration before finding my niche in recruiting.  

I have built teams at growth companies like Varsity Tutors, InVision, and Amazon, consistently driving team growth of hundreds of percent within short time periods.

Hobbies and interests

I love reading mystery novels, hiking with my two dogs, and playing cards.
