Not everything is perfect. While we work hard to ensure you’re matched with the best tutor, things may not always work out, and that’s okay! If the math tutor your student is matched with turns out to not be a good fit, you can request to switch to a new instructor free of charge.

Once your student is matched with a tutor that appeals to them, you can schedule your first tutoring session within as little as 48 hours. We understand you’re eager to learn, so we make the process begin as soon as possible!

In the unlikely event that you aren’t happy with your child’s experience or your child isn’t demonstrating clear results, you can request a different tutor at no extra charge. However, if you’ve already had multiple sessions with a tutor, you must compensate them for their time and services before you switch.
