I have taught for 20 years, including middle school, high school, and college-level English and Math. I pride myself on being careful, thoughtful, and extremely effective while meeting every student where they are with patience and understanding.

Tutoring Style

I love teaching and am very skilled at reading people's signals about how quickly or slowly they need to go with a particular subskill and what learning styles students prefer.

Success Story

I recently helped a student working at a fourth-grade Math level pass college-level Math. She was very anxious because she was failing Algebra due to missed learning opportunities during the pandemic. It was very rewarding to see how confident and strong she became in her skills.

Hobbies & Interests

I like to go bike riding with my two children, and I enjoy spending time outside walking my two dogs. I also like to watch corny British detective shows.
