I'm Pratyush Yadav, but you can call me Prat. With years of experience as a dedicated math tutor, I have had the privilege of working with students of all ages. I have a bachelor's degree in applied mathematics from the University of New Mexico and I tutor grades 5-College.

My tutoring style:

My approach revolves around creating a positive and engaging learning environment for my students. I believe that understanding the individual needs and learning styles of each student is crucial in providing effective tutoring sessions. I firmly believe that incorporating enjoyable elements into the learning process enhances engagement and retention.

Success story:

One of my tutoring success stories involves three students who sought my assistance midway through the semester in Calculus I. They were struggling severely in their class. Through dedicated effort and personalized instruction, I was able to establish a strong rapport with them, fostering a collaborative learning environment. Not only did they excel in Calculus I, but we continued our tutoring relationship into Calculus II. The outcome was truly gratifying as all three students achieved outstanding grades of As in both Calculus I and Calculus II, demonstrating the positive impact of our collaborative efforts on their academic journey.

Hobbies and interests:

Beyond mathematics, I have a love for sports (particularly soccer and basketball),movies and art. I am  also an avid outdoors enthusiast and a traveler. Other than that it's worth mentioning that I have  an obsession with Rubik's cubes.
