About Me

I taught high school math for 22 years. I have an honors degree in Applied Math from Harvard University and I love tutoring from 5th grade up to AP Calculus AB and AP Statistics.

Tutoring Style

I love helping students learn and understand learning may take some trial and error. If you already know what you don't understand feel free to let me know, otherwise I will look to diagnose your understanding and help you reach mastery.

Success Story

One of my favorite success stories was helping an 8th-grade student prepare for and pass his ISEE Test for a private school. Working on his diagnostic exam and preparing lessons for him, I was able to help him master the concepts and increase his speed on topics through consistent practice. He placed into his desired course and I continued working with him this past year.

Hobbies & Interests

I have started trying out papercraft hobbies, watching movies, and watching youtube videos in my spare time. I play Magic The Gathering online and I like spending time with my family.
