I’ve been teaching math at the university level for over 20 years. I specialize in calculus, differential equations, and linear algebra. I have a PhD from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and I tutor grades 11-College.

My tutoring style:

The best tutoring is mentorship through a complex process of becoming more of one’s self. I support the student holistically through mathematics. Mindfulness and patience are hallmarks of my service. I provide a safe environment where making mistakes is integrated as part of the successful learning experience.

Hobbies and interests:

I’m a musician and live/recording producer. You can often fine me onstage or behind the board at rock shows in the Pacific Northwest!
