I am a young and vibrant tutor, teacher, and mentor with more than 10 years of experience. I have a bachelor's degree in religion with a minor in mathematics from the Northern Caribbean University and I tutor grades 7 through to the College level.

My tutoring style:

I'm a firm believer in guiding students through conceptual understanding which empowers them to solve problems they've never seen before. Using a questioning approach to discovery, students get an opportunity to connect different pieces of knowledge to develop their own method for solving complex problems.

Success story:

She joined our sessions in grade 11 having struggled with Math since about grade 9. Despite her challenge with ADHD and her new found struggle with Math, she was able to improve her performance by an entire letter grade. Since then, we worked together for another 3 years, a period during which she aced grade 12 as well as college level Math courses.
