I am a former Professor of Physics and Astronomy with more then a decade of experience of teaching in my fields. I have two Masters Degrees, Physics and Nuclear Physics, and before that I got a double Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Physics. I definitely can tutor pretty much anything below Graduate level and probably a large chunk of that too.
I'm an enthusiastic teacher that believes that engagement is key to learning. Practice and general strategy training goes a long way and I take the time to build some understanding together. Example problems happen, and we go through them until the student can fly on their own.
One of my first students was a young man that was going to his local community college entirely because his family made him, and to this day he calls me the first good science teacher he's ever had. After my classes and tutoring he transferred to a larger 4-year university and now is a fully certified engineer.
When not tutoring I do a lot of reading and writing. I'm an amateur computer programmer and 3D printer that likes to have a project going constantly, and I dabble in video games and board games.
