About Me

I am a certified teacher with more than 2 decades of tutoring experience. I tutor mostly math all grades and test prep like SAT. I have 2 master's degrees in education.‍

Tutoring Style

I care about my students and want them to feel more confident in their abilities and thinking methods. I look at my students as a whole person and realize that explaining things one way for one student may not be the best way for another student. Therefore, I am careful to check for understanding along the way to ensure my students are feeling good about their learning.

Success Story

I remember helping a student with a PSAT score in the 800s, but she wanted to go to college. We worked diligently together for a while and she was able to get 1300 on SAT. She graduated from college and was accepted to law school.
