About Me

I am a high school Math teacher with 18 years of experience. I have also completed a second master's program in K - 12 Mathematics (Western Governors University). I have tutored Math since 2002 in the US and teach all Math subjects primarily up to AP Calculus BC and AP Statistics.

Tutoring Style

I enjoy helping students in Mathematics. I am patient and listen closely to the student to assess his/her needs. I am passionate about Math topics. Since I am a classroom teacher too, I can relate well to my students. Adaptation is the key to my tutoring approach.

Success Story

One of my favorite success stories is when I helped a high-school student improve his grades in his Algebra 2 class. He came to me halfway through the first semester struggling severely in his class. We met 1 time a week for the rest of the semester and he was able to raise his grade from a D to a B!
