About Me

I have 5 years of online tutoring experience, and I currently teach ESL for elementary/middle school. I have taught students from all grades 1st-10th, with a lot of experience with English learners.

Tutoring Style

I am passionate about helping learners develop and reach their goals. I work hard to explain each task with multiple methods to find the best way for the student. I am patient, and allow the student to find as much of the answer by themselves as possible. I always push my students to do their best.

Success Story

My success story is working with a student who was new to the country and starting in the middle of first grade. His English was limited, and he had difficulty communicating with classmates and understanding the teacher. After working through the summer, he improved to above-average grades in English and math over the course of 2nd grade.

Hobbies & Interests

I enjoy all kinds of sports and fitness in general. I like animals and have multiple dogs. I enjoy singing and playing music and also spend lots of time on the computer.
