I am a certified teacher with a lot of passion and excitement for making math accessible and understandable. I have a master's degree in education from Johns Hopkins University and I tutor grades 7-12.

My tutoring style:

I am an enthusiastic teacher passionate about supporting student growth and learning. I firmly believe in mastering foundational skills, whether that be in for pre-algebra, or Calc BC. Once those have been mastered, I support student learning as they explore the topic at hand.

Success story:

I tutored and taught a student over the course of the 2021-2022 school year. He put in a lot of work, and was able to improve his math test scores more than a whole grade level from start of the year to finish! He is still in high school and continuing to improve in mathematics.
