About Me

I have been a mathematics tutor for over 10 years, helping students of all ages to achieve their goals, such as improving their grades, learning new math topics, or preparing for specific tests. I’m highly experienced in teaching Arithmetic, Pre-Algebra, Algebra I, Algebra II, Pre-Calculus, and Trigonometry, as well as PSAT Math, SAT Math, and ACT Math.

Tutoring Style

I’m strongly passionate about helping students attain their academic achievements; being part of their path to success has been my main motivation as a teacher. According to an assessment of the student's knowledge and skills in math and considering their final academic goal, I will determine which topics we must review and the level of the exercises they need to practice. At a proper pace, I would increase the exercises’ difficulty until reaching the math level they need.

Success Story

The success story I'd like to share is about a student who hadn't studied math for almost 15 years, and her dream was to become a nurse. She had a job and two small kids, but among all of her responsibilities as a mother, she found the time and strength to study mathematics in order to take the TEAS test for nursing school. After about 6 months of hard work, she was admitted to PC college with a score of over 95%. Her faith and commitment to her goal were greatly rewarded.
