About Me

I have been a mathematics tutor for 5 years, tutoring almost every subject from introductory arithmetic to integral calculus. I tutor grades 7-College. I hold a bachelor's degree in mathematics from the University of St. Francis.

Tutoring Style

I am an attentive tutor, very careful to attend to the student's particular tutoring needs. I always tutor the student in front of me, not an abstract "general student". I have a love for mathematics that I always enjoy sharing with my students.

Success Story

I once tutored a student in the 6th grade who, due to lacking some fundamental concepts, was performing particularly poorly in his math class. When we started tutoring, his grade was a C and had been dropping lower and lower for some time. After only three sessions, his ability had improved dramatically, which was very quickly reflected in his performance in class. He finished the semester with an A, with compliments from his teacher.
