About Me

I have more than a decade of experience in classroom teaching experience in math, biology, and higher graduate prep. Currently, I am a medical student at NYITCOM and I tutor grades K-5.

Tutoring Style

I teach through active learning and showcase examples. My main focus is for my students to be comfortable with my teaching style and tailor it to their learning capabilities. Further, I ensure all my student's questions are answered and make sure we grow together.

Success Story

I had a student who came from Sri Lanka who was struggling with the English portions of the SHSAT, I worked with him on working passages and understanding vocabulary. He later scored in the high percentile on that section and got into Stuy.
