About Me

I have a master's degree in special education, from the University of Southern Maine, and 15 years of experience teaching. I am a math and science tutor with experience supporting kids of all ages who struggle in math and/or reading.

Tutoring Style

I have a background in applied behavior analysis, and executive functioning supports. I can help your child learn the strategies to succeed in any class.

Success Story

I love to help kids get over math anxiety. I had a 7th-grade female student, who would freeze and make simple calculation mistakes. By the time mid-year came, she was using her strategies, making less mistakes in her calculations, and feeling confident in her math skills!

Hobbies & Interests

I am an animal lover and a gardener. I mostly love to grow flowers, but I do some veggies in the summer. I volunteer in the clinic at my local animal shelter and foster feral kittens. My boyfriend and I like to camp with our two dogs.
