I am a math and computer programming tutor with 10+ and 3 years of experience respectively. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Hampton University, a Master’s of Business Administration in Pharma and Healthcare Business from St. Joseph’s University, and a certificate of Data Analysis and Visualization from the University of Pennsylvania.

Tutoring Style

I am an energetic and charismatic tutor who uses analogies and creative linguistics to help students improve. I like to get to know student’s learning styles and adjust to their learning style. I am determined to help students succeed and I am persistent in doing so.

Success Story

When asked to tell a tutor success story, I instantly think about the summer I worked at a summer camp and discovered one of my campers did not know how to spell his name. Given that this was only a 5-week camp, I knew it was going to be a challenge but I was determined. Using different methods of repetition such as songs and writing, my camper knew how to spell his name without any help by the end of the fourth week of camp.
