I am a certified ESE teacher with more than a decade of experience in the classroom teaching math. I have a bachelor's degree in criminology from Florida State University and master's in education from Walden University. I have experience tutoring grades 3, 4, and middle school.

My Tutoring Style:

I am an educator that believes all students are capable of learning when they are self-motivated with learning the academic benchmarks needed to excel in school. I believe in encouraging students so that they can achieve greatness by starting from where they are and moving them to where they need to be with inquiry and assurance to build their confidence.

Success Story:

A quiet, young man in the sixth grade was not strong in his basic math skills. As I helped him with his 6th grade math homework, I retaught basics math skills. We met twice weekly during the nine weeks before the district assessment. His confidence grew in his mathematical ability which resulted in significant gains on his grade level district assessment.
