As a lifelong learner, I am passionate about mathematics. Nothing is more rewarding to me than helping others succeed in mathematics. I tutor grades 6-College.

My tutoring style:

Not only do I teach students how to master the techniques needed to complete homework assignments and succeed on exams, but I also teach my students how to visualize mathematics in order to gain intuition of mathematical concepts and ideas. This deeper understanding of mathematics allows students to realize their true potential and develop an appreciation for the subject.

Success story:

Of all the students I have tutored, my greatest testimonial has to be my two daughters. Having tutored them through all STEM courses throughout their high school years, they both went on to graduate from top California universities. Having recently graduated from UC San Diego in human biology, my oldest daughter already has an established career as an associate scientist for a successful San Diego based biotech company. I relish in her praise when she regularly thanks me for the countless nights tutoring her through algebra, statistics, and calculus.
