About Me

I am a "numbers guy" with years of experience tutoring quantitative subjects of all ages. I have a bachelor's in actuarial science & economics at Eastern Michigan, and a master's in applied mathematics at DePaul. I also have work experience with data analysis within multiple industries.

Tutoring Style

I first like to get to know the students' learning styles and interests/objectives/goals in the subject we're going over. From there we can plan out a curriculum to go over and review topics.

Success Story

I had a couple of students in Statistics and College Algebra who did not like math but had to get credits for their majors and were considering alternative courses or even alternative majors. After laying out the curriculum and sessions twice a week, they went from failing (D and F) to improving their grades to A- and B+! When giving their review of me and the sessions, they emphasized how much they improved and understood the material; that's what it's all about!

Hobbies & Interests

I enjoy watching and playing sports and traveling to see old friends or a new town.
