I have a B.S. in Applied Mathematics from the University of California, San Diego, and nearly a decade of experience tutoring math, from elementary school to calculus.

Tutoring Style

I bring my love for math to every tutoring session, where I help bridge the gaps in student knowledge. I'm passionate about helping students connect concepts and see the beauty in problem-solving. I adapt my sessions and teaching style to help students succeed and feel confident in their abilities.

Success Story

One of my favorite success stories is when I helped a student in her AP Calculus class. We worked through her misconceptions and difficulties about the material and dove deeper into problems that developed her critical thinking skills. She got a 5 on the AP exam and is interested in pursuing more math classes at university!

Hobbies & Interests

When I'm not tutoring, I like to spend time with my pets, watch TV, bake some sweet treats, or cozy up and read a book.
