I am a certified teacher with more than 2 decades of experience teaching mathematics. I have a bachelor's and master's degree in secondary mathematics and I tutor grades K-College.

My tutoring style:

I love teaching mathematics and helping students learn how to do math. I ask questions constantly and have the student guide the tutoring. I go slow and adjust as needed when tutoring. If a student doesn't understand, I will stay on the topic it is understood. I want the student to learn mathematics and excel in the class.

Success story:

One of my success stories was of a high school student taking a college level algebra course. She was struggling a lot and her mom asked me to tutor her for this course. She went from having a D to an A in the class. She is looking to graduate high school this May and start college with at least a year of courses done.
