I am a dedicated tutor with nearly a decade of experience in a range of subjects, from math and science to business. I hold a BS in Petroleum Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin. I tutor grades 9-College.

My Tutoring Style:

My lessons are discussion-based, supplemented with guided practice and some lecturing. I prioritize understanding how each student learns and teaching methods for problem-solving that are applicable across subjects.

Success Story:

One of my favorite success stories is when I helped a University student improve their grades and learn to work from first principles. He came to me struggling severely with his "weed-out" pre-engineering classes. I tutored him virtually over 3 semesters, helping him improve from Ds to Bs. He is set to graduate with a BS in Chemical Engineering next year.

Hobbies & Interests:

When I'm not tutoring, I love outdoor activities like hiking and kayaking. I'm also into Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Archery, and Weightlifting. Music is a big part of my life; I play guitar and keyboard and enjoy making covers. I love cooking and frequently watch the Food Network for inspiration!
