For the past 10 years, I have interacted with students in a variety of ways including as a tutor, graduate teaching assistant and college professor. I have a PhD in biochemistry from the University of Alabama and I tutor grades 9-College.

My tutoring style:

I am an enthusiastic teacher. I adapt my teaching style to the needs of my student. I reinforce topics until my students are confident in their skills.

Success story:

One of my favorite success stories is when I helped a university student not only pass but do exceedingly well in her Chemistry 101 class. She came to me half way through the semester struggling severely in her class, we met 3 times a week for the rest of the semester and she was able to raise her grade from a D to an B!
