I have experience privately tutoring middle school and teaching high school in the classroom. I have a master's degree in applied math from Osmania Univeristy and I tutor grades 2-9.

My tutoring style:

My teaching style is to primarily focus on math core basics and complex vocabulary of the concepts. I believe once the students are good at these fundamentals, they can solve any complex version of math problems. I divide the topic into multiple steps and at each step I make sure with the student that he/she followed and understands it.

Success story:

During my tutor experience, one of my 8th grade students always felt math was too difficult to understand. I guided him to follow my directions for a complete unit. I helped him to focus on the basics and complex vocabulary of the math lesson. I made sure that he followed my directions and I started working problems with him. Eventually he realized it's a cakewalk for him working on math problems. He scored well in his later tests.
