I am a teacher and tutor with more than 30 years of experience. I have a Masters Degree from Arkansas State University in Mathematics and tutor grades 7 to College.

Tutoring Style

I am patient with anyone I work with. My goal is to help someone understand the topic at hand by going at the pace the student needs.

Success Story

I have worked with many students who are lost in their math class. One success story is helping an adult learner with statistics. He had been away from school for a while. I was able to help him succeed in the course and earn an A.

Hobbies & Interests

I enjoy knitting and reading. I prefer science fiction and fantasy books. I prefer small knitting projects like gloves and hats but will sometimes tackle blankets.
