I am a mathematics instructor with more than a decade of teaching experience in person and online. I am able to teach various levels of mathematics such as Pre- Algebra, Algebra, Trigonometry, Geometry, Precalculus, and Calculus in both English and Spanish.

My Tutoring Style:

I believe mathematics is the language of the universe and it is my goal in life to help as many people as possible fluent in it. My physical or online classroom is a safe learning space in which it is ok to make mistakes as mistakes are what help us learn what not to do and why. Mistakes are opportunities to learn and should be celebrated just as much as answering questions correctly. I try to create a fun and creative environment in my classroom as creativity and enjoyment are the driving force and key ingredients for successful independent learners.

Success Story:

I have been working with a student who is currently in the 6th grade but has done so well with me and has gotten so far ahead that they have allowed for him to take 7th grade math at school and is at the top of that math class. We are currently in the middle of Algebra and I cannot wait to take him through Geometry, Trigonometry, Precalculus and Calculus.

Hobbies & Interests:

I love to write music, sing, and spend a lot of time editing my work in the recording studio. I enjoy playing strategy games such as Magic the Gathering and I have been watching adventure based anime shows such as One Piece since I was little.
